About Les Hiboux
Holiday home “Les Hiboux”, the Owls, is also in our picturesque village of Colombotte, a stone’s throw from our Chambres d’Hôtes “La Tourelle”.
We have renovated this authentic house while retaining as many old elements as possible.
The Grange, the old stable of Les Hiboux, we have converted into a Salle à Manger
Are you with a larger group you can rent rooms in La Tourelle. Les Hiboux itself has a maximum of 15 sleeping places.
The gîte is a detached house with all possibilities and facilities for a relaxing holiday in north-east France. The Haute Saône, by some also called the Tuscany of France, has a very pleasant climate and is a region where tourism is still under development. Peace and space, silence and clean air are key words that you will encounter in all publications.

The Owls
Various owl species can be found in the area. In the tower of the Mairie, next to the Gîte, there are barn owls and Kareltje and Katrien, two little owls that have been nesting under the roof of the Grange for a few years.
In the forest on the hill behind La Tourelle we even spotted a big Eagle Owl.
